Directions of use: put 1 sachet in the attached bottle. Fill it with water until 120 ml and shake it well. Place the nozzle in each nostril. Squeeze the bottle. Repeat this step until you feel the flow of the solution through the other nostril. Repeat the previous two steps to open the nose other. See the pictures below. Dosage: Adults & Children 12 years old & over: 1-2 sachets up to every 2 hours as often as needed.
